Asking for a review and never received my order so how can this review be accurate
Maybe if I had received the actual product I would feel differently about this prompt for a review. I haven’t even received an update on my reshipped order soooooo at this point in time I am only

So this company’s warranty is surprisingly old school in the best way and they aren’t happy until the customer is happy. My product originally stated it was delivered but I had never actually received the product. At first, I waited a couple days because I figured COVID-19 has slowed everything down. But once I realized that I just didn’t get it I emailed and got a pretty timely response on how to go about their warranty process. The instructions were clear, the process was easy, and the exchange/refund was free.
Today I finally got my product and i am very happy. The cusp service while all online/ digital keeps you up to date as much as possible and are professional and polite. I really appreciate that about this company alot
