We use all major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. If you don't see a shipping option right for you, just CONTACT US so we can help!
After you have finished your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping status. If you don’t receive one, please check your spam folder and mark our emails as "Not Spam" so you can receive future emails from us. This is especially important because if you don't receive an order confirmation, you also will not receive your shipment notification and tracking information.
We typically ship orders within 2-5 business days of purchase. Order placed on Friday and the weekend, will be shipping out at the beginning of the following week. If we anticipate a longer lead time, we'll note the lead time in the item description. If you have any questions about a specific item, please CONTACT US.
When we ship your order and the carrier scans received package, you'll automatically receive a notification email with your tracking number. With the tracking number, you will be able to track the package from our warehouse.
If you were offered insurance at the time of purchase, but did not accept it, then we are not held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages and shipping fees will not be refunded.
Coronavirus Update: Please note that due to COVID-19 and the guidelines set forth by the CDC - both of which impacts our fulfillment center and our carriers - you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
You'll always receive a tracking number with your order. Shipping speed varies depending on the shipping method you select at checkout, and on your location.
Typically, the mail carriers will take about 5-10 business days to ship and deliver. International deliveries can take anywhere from 2 weeks – 2 months.
If you are tracking your package on the USPS/UPS website and saw that the package has been at one carrier center for a while, fear not! I am sure the mail carriers are still working their magic to deliver the package to you!
Once our friends are shipped out from our center, it is the responsibility of USPS/UPS to make sure the package is delivered to you. Sometimes some packages are marked delivered but delivered in the next few business days. If you have not received the package at the shipping address, I recommend checking with your neighbors or the local post office to see if they might have received it on your behalf. Additionally, please ensure that the recipient’s name and shipping address provided is correct on your order.
We suggest that you contact your local post office customer service in a few business days if it still hasn't shown up to get a case number for this. Once you receive a case number, you may contact our customer service at help@bellzi.com.
NOTE: We are not held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages and shipping fees will not be refunded.
We accept Returns or Exchanges for all our items within 30 days of purchase ONLY. The product must be in new and resalable condition.
We promise that all our Bellzi Plushies are 157% cute and are made with 100% Soft Cuddle Fabrics. We perform multiple stuffing quality checks to make sure your Bellzi Plushie always has just the right amount of stuffing for the best hugs!

If for any reason you do not absolutely love your Bellzi Plushie, you can start the return process HERE within the stated return window for a full item(s) refund excluding any shipping cost.
