Retailer Partnership Disclaimer

Thank you for your interest in becoming a valued retailer of our products. We invite you to join our growing network of partners. Before you sign up, please review the following terms and conditions that govern our retailer partnership program:

  1. Eligibility Requirements: To become a retailer, applicants must be a legally registered business and comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to retail business operations in their respective jurisdictions.
  2. Application Process: Completion of an application form does not automatically confer retailer status. Applications are subject to review, and approval is at our sole discretion. We may request additional information or documentation as part of this process.
  3. Pricing and Minimum Orders: Approved retailers are required to adhere to our suggested retail pricing guidelines. Minimum order quantities may apply and are detailed in our retailer terms and conditions.
  4. Product Availability: Product availability may vary, and we cannot guarantee the availability of all products at all times. Retailers will be notified of any significant changes to product availability.
  5. Resale Restrictions: Products purchased for resale must be sold within the approved territory. Online sales may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  6. Marketing and Brand Representation: Retailers are encouraged to actively market our products. However, any use of our brand, logos, or trademarks must adhere to our brand guidelines and be pre-approved in writing.
  7. Payment Terms: Payment terms will be established as part of the retailer agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of order fulfillment and/or termination of the retailer status.
  8. Shipping and Handling: Retailers are responsible for shipping and handling costs unless otherwise specified. Shipping terms will be outlined in the retailer agreement.
  9. Return Policy: We maintain a specific return policy for our retailers, which will be detailed in the retailer agreement.
  10. Termination: Either party may terminate the retailer agreement with notice, as outlined in the agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be fulfilled.
