Wholesale discounted prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products through an established retail store and website or will be regularly making bulk purchase for business use.
In order to support both local and national retailers in an ever changing market, discounts will be set at the following tiers:
Standard Pricing - Retail Price + Cost of Shipping
Orders over $50 - Retail Price + Free Shipping
Orders over $200 - 10% discount + Free Shipping
Wholesale Pricing for Businesses:
- Shipping not included
- Purchases must be made by case
Tier 1 (25% off MSRP) + Cost of Shipping: $200 order minimum to qualify
Tier 2 (35% off MSRP) + Cost of Shipping: $2,000 order minimum to qualify
Tier 3 (50% off MSRP) + Cost of Shipping: $10,000 order minimum to qualify
Buyers with orders greater than Tier 4, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for discount rates.
Current prices and suggested retail prices are posted on our website.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered reflects exactly the items purchased and invoiced.
Returns must be made in writing directly to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Boley prior approval and delivery instructions for transport.
In the event of a return, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees, both in shipping product back to Seller as well as the shipping of the new product to the Buyer.
For any product returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer.
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept checks along with digital payments such as Paypal, Venmo and Zelle.
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, payment for the goods shall be made at the time the order is placed via Buyer’s credit card or upon product delivery when a digital receipt is emailed to you.
All orders are shipped via Fedex and UPS so please provide a physical ship-to address. Post office box addresses will be delivered via US postal Priority Mail service but the customer will take responsibility for lost or damaged product shipped this way. Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs are passed on to the customer plus a $2.50 per box charge.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Lead Time and Order Cancellation
Typically we ship orders within 4 business days and sometimes the same day. During the holiday season it may take up to 8 business days but this is unusual.
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours from the time the order was placed.
Out of Stock
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. When an out of stock situation occurs we do not back-order out-of-stock items. We will either hold your order if we expect to have stock within a few days, or we will send your order without the items, with the expectation that you will order the out-of-stock items on your next order. We will note on your packing slip any items that you ordered that were out of stock.
